Basil Lime Raw Slaw
I've been reading raw books recently (as I think I do every spring or so) and decided to make some slaw using some ingredients I had around the house. I sent this into vegweb, so I will link to it rather than type it out since I'm working with a braced wrist (not sure what is wrong, but it hurts!). It was a nice, sweet salad. I had found a raw slaw I really liked somewhere on the internet and I can't, for the life of me, find it again. This isn't anywhere close except for the currents (these are great in slaw!). If you find what I'm thinking about, send it my way. I know the dressing was lemon juice and raw almond butter, if that helps.
